It was just released that the Lakewood BlueClaws, a Single-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, have contracted Wall, New Jersey based Internet Marketing Company, Single Throw, to develop a new Internet Strategy for the five year old minor league team.

Single Throw has received numerous accolades in their four years in business, including a proclamation from the State of New Jersey for business excellence and the Bull Market Award from best selling marketing author, Seth Godin, which included a mention in his latest book entitled, "Bull Market." Single Throw has provided Internet Marketing services for companies such as Scholastic, BP Oil, Conair, Oxford Health, Centrastate HealthCare, Avistar, Symbol Technologies as well as many small to mid sized New Jersey based companies.

Geoff Brown, General Manager of the BlueClaws, states, "We are big fans of Single Throw and their work. We are excited about what they can bring to this organization in 2005."

Single Throw will rework the entire Internet Strategy for the BlueClaws, including a complete redesign and launch of a new and exciting website, a highly targeted online marketing campaign and email marketing solutions.

"The Lakewood BlueClaws are an institution in the state and we are very excited to be part of the BlueClaws family," says Single Throw CEO, Larry Bailin. The new BlueClaws website is set to launch before opening day in April. The new site will include an all-new "ClawsCove," where fans can easily and securely purchase BlueClaws merchandise at great prices as well as exciting advertising opportunities for companies of all sizes. The site will contain all the information a fan could ever want about the upcoming season, their favorite players and of course, "Buster," the team's mascot.
