Larry Bailin
Chief executive officer (CEO)

Larry Bailin is the founder, CEO and thought leader of the company. Providing direction and leadership are his primary responsibilities. Larry directs the thought leadership, company vision, product direction, as well as sales and marketing activities for the company.

Larry started his Internet marketing career in 1995, co-founding the website development and Internet marketing company, “Online Resources, Inc.” (ORI). ORI grew to over 200 clients in its first two years and was acquired by the Parsippany, NJ based Planet Technology Solutions in 1998.

Larry went on to serve as director of e-business and was a leading Internet marketing consultant for the technology firm which was later acquired by Vytek Wireless of White Plains, NY in early 2000.

Larry officially launched Single Throw Internet Marketing in 2001 when he opened the doors of the company’s first headquarters in Brick, NJ.

Under his leadership, Single Throw has grown to be one of the top Internet marketing companies in the nation. Single Throw has provided Internet marketing services to some of the top companies in the world.

Larry is the best selling author of the marketing book, Mommy, Where Do Customers Come From?.  A renowned professional keynote speaker and sought-after motivational business speaker, Larry speaks 20 times per year to organizations across the country on topics related to Internet marketing.

Larry was called "one of the top minds in the business" by Yahoo's marketing team.

Jim Farrell
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Jim Farrell founded Single Throw Internet Marketing in 2001 with Larry Bailin.  Currently, he is the CFO of Single ThrowSM.  He maintains the company’s finances, human resources, and manages the quality of the Internet marketing strategies and services provided by Single Throw.

Jim served in the Army as a Military Policeman, and then earned a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton. He has held key financial positions such as Tax Auditor for the New York Department of Finance, COO of a retail electronics chain, and CFO of Configuration Management Inc., an IT consulting company headquartered in Red Bank, NJ. 

Jim is active in the local community and was named the 2011 Citizen of the Year for the Lakewood Chamber.

He is also Chairperson of the Monmouth/Ocean Financial Executive Networking Group, which he founded in 2005. Jim's favorite quote is, “There is a solution for everything.”

Caryl Felicetta
Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

After growing some roots in small and large New Jersey and New York ad agencies as a staffer and a freelancer, Caryl Felicetta founded The Argyle Studio with the goal being to provide clients with the same big agency ideas and talent without the overhead, bureaucracy and impersonalization of a large company. Caryl’s design and illustration skills, as well as her background in computer illustration and animation, led to a full-service advertising, design, and consulting business for a client base that included Fortune 500 companies, industrial product manufacturers, B2Bs, and not-for-profit entities.

As early adopters of digital imaging and animation, Argyle was among the first in their area to add website development and Internet marketing as a service. Through Argyle, she consulted on building and marketing customer-centric websites along with developing promotional materials and corporate identity for ad agencies and businesses.

In 2003, a chance meeting with Larry Bailin and Jim Farrell of Single Throw turned into Argyle being acquired by the award-winning Internet marketing company. Since then, Caryl has served as COO of the company for several years and currently holds the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and is responsible for the total relationship with the company's customers.

Caryl has been called on for comments and eagerly given them by publications such as The New York Times, Entrepreneur, MacWorld, as well as various other web-based publications.
