Client Tech Support Request… Help!
We know that technology isn’t perfect…yet. To help us help you work through
technical issues, we have created a tech support tracking system. If you need
to report an issue you are having with your website or email, please use the
form below to provide us with information to help us service your request in
the most effective manner.
Please complete this form in its entirety. Once we have received it, you will
see an on screen message noting that your request has been placed and what to
expect.
But before you jump down to the form, read the following as it might help you
with an instant resolution.
Email and Web Servers: If there is a server problem, our tech
people will know about it before you do as they monitor the system 24/7, and
are likely working on a remedy. Give it a few minutes and you may find that it
is resolved on its own once they have completed their troubleshooting,
restarts, and special technical knowledge that only they know.
Applications on your computer: We cannot troubleshoot specific
computer or application problems. Our staff is not trained in this area. We can
only ensure that the server itself is not at issue. And we can refer you to
several really good computer technicians that specialize in computer, Internet
and email setups.
Passwords: For your security, we do not keep copies of our
client's email passwords. If you have forgotten your password and need to
have it reset, please complete the form below.
Connectivity: Single Throw does not provide your connection to
the Internet. We leave that to companies like AOL, Verizon, Optimum, Comcast,
etc. So if you cannot get online, we unfortunately, cannot help you with that.
Sending email: If you are experiencing problems sending
email, your Internet connectivity provider may require that you use their
outbound mail server. They do this to prevent spam from being passed through
their servers. Please contact them for more information.
Some email troubleshooting steps…
If you are experiencing issues sending or receiving email, we recommend taking
the following steps prior to contacting us.
-
Check your Internet connection.
-
Ensure your settings have not been altered.
-
Check that any new updates to virus protections or firewalls are not causing
the issue.
-
Give it a few minutes and try again. Often issues like this will clear
themselves as a resolution has already been initiated.
If you have tried all of the above without resolution, then please complete the
form below and we will do our best to help you from there.
