Roland possesses a heightened awareness for business development, team leadership, and collective collaboration across all divisions of an organization. He enjoys opportunities to create connections and find shared purpose, all while telling an impactful story .

Outside of work, Roland enjoys spending time with his two children and friends. In addition to time with family, he prioritizes his physical and mental health through yoga, weightlifting, boxing, and reading.
